ZAREEKA is business software for clothing businesses — stock, production, a point of sale, orders and accounts. A business creates an account for itself and its own staff. It is not a consumer service, and nothing here is sold to the public through the app.
Everything a business enters — its products, prices, stock, sales, customers and staff — belongs to that business. We store it so the software can work, and we do not sell it, share it or use it for anything else. Each company's records are kept apart and are never visible to another company. A business can export its own data at any time from Settings, and can ask for the whole account to be deleted.
Accounts are created by a business for its own people. The business is responsible for who it gives a login to and for what they do with it. Sign-ins are by username and password; keep them private. If somebody leaves, switch their account off in Settings → People.
Subscription terms, prices and payment methods are agreed directly with the business. Payment is arranged outside the app — bank transfer or a local wallet — and recorded against the account. There is no purchase of any kind made inside the software itself.
A business can connect its own accounts with other services — a Shopify store, a courier, WhatsApp, or an AI writing key of its own. Those services have their own terms, and what happens inside them is between the business and that service. Nothing is connected unless the business connects it.
The software records what a business tells it and calculates from that. It does not give tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not replace a business's own checking of its books. Figures shown are only as good as what was entered. Where a figure cannot be relied on, the app is built to say so rather than print a number — but the business remains responsible for its own records and its own filings.
We keep the service running and take regular backups, but no online service is available every minute. We will not be liable for business losses caused by an interruption, and we ask every business to keep its own copy of anything it cannot afford to lose. Data export is in Settings and takes one press.
A business may stop using ZAREEKA at any time and ask for its account and data to be deleted; deletion is completed within 30 days, except records we are required by law to keep — tax records are kept for six years. We may suspend an account only for non-payment or for use that damages the service or another customer, and we will say why first.
If these terms change in a way that matters, the businesses using ZAREEKA will be told before the change takes effect.
